By accessing or using ProtocolStack ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ProtocolStack is a health protocol tracking platform that allows users to browse, combine, and track science-backed health protocols. The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

Important: ProtocolStack does not provide medical advice. The protocols and information provided are for educational purposes only. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new health regimen.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update your information if it changes
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription Plans

ProtocolStack offers the following plans:

• Free Plan: Limited to 3 stacks, 7-day tracking history
• Pro Monthly: $12/month - Unlimited stacks, advanced analytics
• Pro Annual: $99/year - Same as Pro Monthly with annual savings

5. Billing and Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

• Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You will receive email notification before renewal

6. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with our Service. Our refund policy:

• 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
• Partial month refunds are not available after the 7-day period

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

• Go to Settings > Subscription > Cancel Subscription
• Your access continues until the end of the current billing period
• After cancellation, your account reverts to the Free plan
• Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation

8. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Upload malicious code or content

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by ProtocolStack and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProtocolStack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan.
